Can be described as a nice experience, recommend. Fairly clean and recently renovated hotel, views are magnificent, location is favourable near a subway station. The room is reasonably spacious and bright and equipped with a safe box, TV and a mini bar fridge. The staff are very helpful, we thoroughly enjoyed them. The services are great, including a lovely pool. Also, free Wi-Fi works in the rooms.

I especially loved waking up to the breathtaking view of the river and the ocean. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of its value for money, attentive staff, and comfortable rooms.

Our stay at Gala was exceptional. The front desk went above and beyond to help us locate our lost bags from the Chile Port and arranged for transportation to retrieve them. The swimming pool was warm and inviting, and the included breakfast was delicious. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive to our requests. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of the beach and shopping. The room was immaculate and cleaned daily. We would definitely stay at Gala again if we were in the area. we highly recommend this hotel.
